Because of the high demand of requests, we require all appointments to be cancelled within a 24 hour notice. If you fail to cancel before 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No call no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service fee. No exceptions or refunds will be given. Our goal is to create a relaxing atmosphere to those who come to relax. Additional guests and children of all ages are prohibited from the treatment rooms and the lobby.
